Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and l444bd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of all products, services, games, betting markets, and features available at l444bd.org and any related mobile or web application operated under the l444bd brand.

By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, spinning a slot, entering a bingo room, or otherwise accessing any feature of the l444bd platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. Eligibility & Age Policy

Use of the l444bd platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are accessing the platform as an individual in a personal capacity, not on behalf of a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.

l444bd conducts identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) as a condition of processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, as a condition of continued account access. You may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address dated within the last three months, and proof of the payment method used to deposit funds.

Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one active l444bd account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or different personal details — is prohibited. l444bd reserves the right to close all accounts associated with a single individual if multiple registrations are detected, and to forfeit any balances held in duplicate accounts.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. You must notify l444bd promptly if any registered details change. l444bd accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep registration details current.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and login credentials.
• You must not share your account access with any third party, including family members.
• Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised it.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact l444bd support immediately at [email protected].
• l444bd will never ask for your password via email or telephone.

l444bd reserves the right to refuse account registration at its sole discretion, without being obliged to provide reasons for the refusal.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the l444bd platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion fee is applied. Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

The minimum deposit is ৳100. Specific minimum and maximum transaction limits may vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of the platform. These limits may be adjusted by l444bd at any time, and updated limits will be published in the cashier section without separate notice.

• Deposits are credited to your l444bd wallet within seconds under normal conditions.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within approximately 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad under standard conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• l444bd reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal request.

l444bd is not a financial institution. Funds held in your l444bd wallet are held for gaming purposes only and do not accrue interest. l444bd reserves the right to close accounts with zero-balance inactivity of more than twelve consecutive months, subject to prior notification by email.

• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using automated betting patterns to exploit bonus mechanics, or colluding with other players — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

Gameplay Rules

Sports Betting Rules

The l444bd sports betting section covers cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and all international fixtures involving Bangladesh), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other sports as published on the platform. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed through l444bd:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change before confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed, the agreed odds are locked.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits per market are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placement.
• In the event that a match or event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, l444bd's settlement rules for that event type will apply. In most cases, bets on postponed events are voided and stakes returned unless the event is rescheduled to take place within 48 hours.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to a brief delay to prevent exploitation of broadcast latency. l444bd reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any point during a live event.
• l444bd reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where a palpable pricing error has occurred.
• Suspicious betting patterns — including matched betting across multiple accounts, arbitrage exploitation, or the use of automated betting software — may result in stake restrictions, bet voidance, or account closure.

All sports bet settlement decisions made by l444bd are final. Disputes must be raised within 72 hours of the relevant event's conclusion by contacting [email protected].

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the l444bd platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account per individual.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading identity or contact information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform while under the age of 18.
• Attempting to circumvent any security, authentication, or verification measure implemented by l444bd.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or betting markets in place of genuine human play.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker-format games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing errors to generate winnings. Any winnings generated through known errors are not payable and will be voided.

• Making chargebacks or reversals through your payment provider without first raising the matter with l444bd support.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing l444bd support staff or other players in any communication channel.

Account Suspension & Closure

l444bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to, breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, suspected underage gambling, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time, or prolonged account inactivity.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for any other reason and no breach has been established, the remaining balance will be returned to the player via the payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to completed KYC verification.

Intellectual Property

Unauthorised use of l444bd's intellectual property may constitute an infringement of applicable copyright, trademark, and database right legislation.

Privacy & Data Protection

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, l444bd's total cumulative liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your l444bd account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• Losses arising from delays in withdrawal processing caused by payment provider systems outside l444bd's direct control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

Responsible Gaming
